\n Situation in <\/font>\nUnited States<\/b><\/font> and <\/font>\n\nCanada<\/font><\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n \nSenator Patty Murray (Wa.) introduced the\nBan <\/font>\nAsbestos<\/span><\/b><\/i><\/font> Act of\n2007 at a Senate committee hearing, an attempt to ban the\nimportation, manufacturing and distributions of any products\ncontaining <\/font>\nasbestos <\/span>\n<\/b><\/i><\/font>in the U.S. Forty other\ncountries have already passed laws that prohibit this lethal\nsubstance.<\/font><\/font><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\n \nThis of course does not solve the problem\nof the natural occurring <\/font>\nasbestos<\/span><\/b><\/i><\/font>.\nThere are many places in the United States where <\/font>\nasbestos<\/span><\/b><\/i><\/font>-bearing\nminerals are found in natural deposits in the rocks, like California\nwhere these rocks are used in the construction business. Digging\ndeep into the ground uproots and damages these rocks that then\nrelease the\n<\/font>asbestos<\/span><\/b><\/i><\/font>\nparticles. <\/font>\n<\/font>Standard Energy <\/font>\n<\/b>\ncan help to find a solution and to finally\ndestroy this dangerous fiber effectively. The different States would\nhave a few central plants to deliver the <\/font>\nasbestos<\/span><\/b><\/i><\/font>\nand to have it then eliminated.<\/font><\/font><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
